Embody You is for women who have learned to survive the hardships and hustle of life by being the strong one.
The one who holds it together.
The one who pushes through.
The one others rely on.
From the outside, your life may look full and successful.
But inside, something feels slightly off.
You may feel absent from your own life.
Disconnected from your body, your needs, or your desires.
You might notice your body feels tight or braced even when nothing is wrong.
If this resonates, it’s not just in your head.
If you can relate to this, it’s not just in your head, you’re not alone, and it’s not your fault. You’ve likely overcome a lot in your life and the only way you could survive your circumstances has been to push through, or perhaps become numb to your own needs.

Embody You: Journey to Aliveness
Embody You is a 4-day immersive workshop (6 total hours) designed to help you move from subtle bracing and disconnection toward greater presence, self trust, and aliveness.
Day 1 – Reconnect to the Present
Learn body based practices to settle into yourself and cultivate internal safety. This foundation supports the deeper work to come.
Day 2 – See the Pattern
Explore patterns of bracing and numbing — how they formed, how they’ve helped you, and what they’re costing you now.
Day 3 – Choose Compassion
Shift from self pressure and judgment toward self compassion as the doorway to softening and change.
Day 4 – Reclaim Your Spark
Reconnect to the part of you that desires, feels, and longs to be fully alive.
Throughout Embody You, self reflection, body awareness, and guided intuitive movement are essential components of this experience.
We reflect so you can see your patterns clearly.
We bring awareness to the body so change becomes embodied, not intellectual.
We move so new possibilities are felt, not just understood.

This workshop is designed to help you return to yourself — not by force, but through awareness, compassion, and embodied practice.
