Embody You is for women who learned early on to survive life by being the strong one. The one who holds it together, pushes through, & the one others rely on.

From the outside, your life may look full and successful. But inside, something feels slightly off.

You may feel absent from your own life or disconnected from your body, your needs, or your desires.

You might notice that your body feels tight or braced even when nothing is wrong.

If this resonates, you’re not imagining it. You’re not alone, and it’s not your fault. You’ve likely overcome a lot in your life, and the way you’ve had to survive was by pushing through or by numbing your own needs.

But the part of you that longs to feel more present, more connected to yourself, and more alive in your life has never gone away.

I created a free 20-minute body scan and body mapping video to help you slow down and see where you may be holding tension or feeling numb. Noticing where you are is the first step toward being where you want to be.

Embody You: Journey to Aliveness

If you found the free gift above insightful, and you want to go deeper, Embody You is a 4-day immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release patterns of bracing & numbing, & return to a deeper sense of aliveness.

Day 1 – Reconnect to the Present

Learn and practice nervous system regulation techniques to settle into yourself and cultivate an internal sense of safety. On day one you will be able to apply what you’ve learned into your daily life to increase your sense of calm and grounded-ness. This foundation supports the deeper work to come.

Day 2 – See the Pattern

Explore patterns of bracing and numbing including how they formed, how they’ve helped you, and what they’re costing you now. We engage in this exploration gently with respect for the resilience and wisdom your body holds.

Day 3 – Choose Compassion

Learn how to powerfully choose self-compassion through deep self-awareness so that you can go from being your own worst critic to your own biggest supporter. This mind-body shift opens the doorway to softening and change in your body and life.

Day 4 – Reclaim Your Spark

Reconnect to the part of you that desires, feels, and longs to be fully alive. Regardless of who you are or where you come from, there is something beautiful within you: gold. Much of our lives is about returning to this essence. This is what day 4 is all about.

Throughout Embody You, self-reflection, body awareness, and guided intuitive movement are essential components of this experience.

  • We bring awareness to the body so that change becomes embodied not only intellectual.

  • We move so new possibilities are felt not just understood.

The Transformation

By the end of Embody You, you will have:

  • Learned & practiced nervous system regulation techniques to cultivate a greater sense of presence, calm, & grounded-ness in your body.

  • Reconnected to your body and gained clarity around patterns of bracing and numbing.

  • Learned and practiced a method of cultivating more self-compassion so that change comes from understanding and love rather than self-criticism & judgement.

  • Reconnected with your inner spark and capacity to really feel alive in your body rather than simply going through the motions of life.

  • You’re not in the midst of an acute crisis that requires medical and/or psychological attention.

  • You want to participate in a small group healing experience

  • You’re able to carve out private, uninterrupted time and space for all dates/times of the workshop

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is not therapy and is not meant to be a replacement for therapy. Unlike therapy I will not be diagnosing or providing clinical treatment for mental health diagnoses. This is a small group workshop that is intended to empower you to move through a process where you’ll be led to your own insights with the support of the tools and practices provided.

  • Women who:

    1. are aware of or curious about the pattern of bracing or disconnecting from their bodies or themselves generally

    2. desire to engage in a process of coming back home to themselves in a way that honors and respects them.

    3. seem fine on the outside but on the inside something feels off or like they’re missing from their own life.

  • Option to pay half at the time of enrollment and half 72 hours prior to the first day of the workshop.

  • No refunds. In the case of emergencies, you can reschedule for a later workshop within a 12 month window.
