Embody You is a live Virtual Workshop for Women of Color (Trans Inclusive).

A soft, gentle space to come back home to your body & yourself for nervous system regulation, a sense of inner-peace, & restoration.

There is no charge of this workshop. No experience of any kind needed just the desire to exhale (literally & metaphorically) & be with yourself, in community. Practitioners, clients, students, and others welcomed.

My Healing Journey

I am passionate about supporting women of color in being able to see their innate value. Perhaps like you, I have overcome a lot in my life including familial and systemic trauma. I’m 43 years old and have spent the last 25 years or so committed to not only healing but actually thriving in my life. Through the course of my healing journey I came to realize just how much I internalized external messages of not being enough. Paying attention to how I talk to myself and treat myself has been the single most healing practice I’ve ever done. I’ve seen my life transform from the inside out from treating myself like my own kind and loving friend. It’s my calling to support you in doing the same. Part of how I support others is by including body oriented healing practices as well as mindfulness into therapy which results in a healing process that feels nourishing to the mind, body, and spirit.
